Foundations
Level: Newbies - Minimal Experience
This is the first step on your aerial arts journey! Our foundations classes are meant to familiarize you with the four basic apparatuses taught here: Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Hoop (Lyra), and Static Trapeze. You will learn all of the basic vocabulary, moves, and conditioning needed to confidently start an Intro (level 1) class. We recommend 4-6 classes or more before you’re ready to move up to Intro.
INTRO Classes
Level: Graduated from Aerial Foundations with instructor approval
Aerial Silks
Pre-Requisite: Aerial Foundations or front desk approval. A social media favorite - start your journey on the oh so graceful and elegant silks! Learn poses, basic skills, strengthening, flexibility, and more on our aerial silks!
Pre-Requisite: Aerial Foundations or front desk approval. Turn your week upside down with this intro aerial hammock class! Aerial Hammock is a foundational apparatus that blends elements of Aerial Silks and Trapeze. It's a great way to begin your Aerial Arts journey and start building strength!
Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
Pre-Requisite: Aerial Foundations or front desk approval. This class makes our heads spin ‘round and ‘round! Join our Lyra (also known as aerial hoop) class to start spinning off on your lyra journey today! Learn poses, foundational skills, strengthening, flexibility, spins, and more on the lyra!
Static Trapeze
Pre-Requisite: Aerial Foundations or front desk approval. This isn’t your typical circus trapeze! This iconic circus apparatus is known for it's dramatic swings and daring jumps BUT our trapeze is static - not moving… well not moving AS much. Trapeze is a classic foundational circus apparatus. Two ropes and a horizontal bar allow for endless poses, transitions, and movements that translate to the entire aerial arts world!

Level: Received Instructor Approval or Graduated from Intro
Aerial Silks

Aerial Hammock
Pre-Requisite: Graduated from Intro to Aerial Hammock or Received Instructor Approval. Level up!
Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
Pre-Requisite: Graduated from Intro to Lyra or Received Instructor Approval. Level up!
Static Trapeze
Pre-Requisite: Graduated from Intro to Trapeze or Received Instructor Approval. Level up!
Belly-Dance

Intro Classes
Level: Newbie or Minimal Experience with Tribal Fusion Belly-Dance style
Tribal Fusion is a western style of belly dance inspired by various forms of belly dance from all over the world. This class will focus on laying the foundations of movement in this torso driven dance with emphasis on hip articulations.
Intermediate & Above
Level: Graduated from Intro or Received Instructor Approval
Now that the basics have been covered in Intro - in this class we will learn how to layer movements, travel while dancing, and take on level changes!
Bungee
Students enrolled in weekly class series must pay $35 yearly membership fee + monthly tuition.

Level: Completed at least one Intro to the Bungee Fitness System workshop.

Foundations

This is the first step on your pole journey! Our foundations classes familiarize you with pole and introduce you to the basic poses, walks, hand positioning, vocabulary, moves, and conditioning needed to build your pole foundations and start an intro class CONFIDENT. Most students will need 4-6 classes before they are ready to move up to intro!
Intro Classes
Level: Graduated from Foundations or Received Instructor Approval
Pre-Requisite: Pole Foundations or Received Instructor Approval. Congratulations on graduating Pole Foundations! You’re ready to move into your first intro class! In your class, you will learn climbs, static poses, spins, conditioning, floorwork, choreo, & begin your invert training on the pole. Some classes may focus more heavily on one skill, but all will prepare you for Intermediate. Progress at your own pace!
Intermediate & Above
Level: Received Instructor Approval
Pre-Requisite: Graduated Intro or Received Instructor Approval Level up your pole game!
