SAFETY- For your safety & education, we have well thought-out skill progressions designed to help students progress at their own pace and keep adults from getting injured. We use mats often for learning new moves and in the past, provided hands-on spotting from instructors (not at this time due to COVID guidelines). Students may not teach other students tricks or try to learn tricks from the internet. If you are interested in learning something you’ve seen, tell your instructor, and they will help you work towards this goal! Skill progressions allow us to break down moves and harder skills into bite-sized pieces and make sure you are physically ready to complete a skill.

FILMING & PHOTOS- We encourage all students to film themselves and their instructors during class. Videos of instructors explaining moves and teaching may not be shared on the internet and are for the students use only. You may post videos and photos of yourself practicing- Please tag our studio @arpolearts & @arcircusarts (Arkansas Pole Arts on FB).
